These terms of use explain the rules for using IsleFare (islefare.com), a free travel guide to Cyprus and Greece for travelers from the UK and Europe. By using the website, you agree to these terms of use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Who runs IsleFare and who these terms of use cover
IsleFare is run by the publisher of IsleFare (“we”, “us”). You can reach us by email at hello@islefare.com. These terms apply to everyone who visits the website, whether you read one guide or use the flight search often. In addition, our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies.
2. What IsleFare is, and what it isn’t
IsleFare publishes guides, tips and price comparisons to help you plan a trip. However, we are not a travel agent, tour operator, airline or booking platform. We don’t sell flights, hotels or tours, and we don’t take payments. As a result, we can’t make, change or cancel bookings for you, and we can’t give refunds.
Our guides are general information, not personal travel, legal, financial or medical advice. So before you rely on a guide, think about your own situation and check the details that matter to you.
3. Bookings with third parties
Some links and tools on the site take you to other companies, such as the flight search we offer through the Travelpayouts partner program, or booking sites for hotels, transfers, tours and eSIMs. When you book with one of these companies, your contract is with that company, not with us. Its own terms, prices, fees and cancellation rules apply instead of these terms of use.
Because we don’t control those websites, we can’t promise that they work as expected, and we aren’t responsible for their content, services or customer support. If something goes wrong with a booking, please contact the company you booked with first. Our affiliate disclosure explains how these partnerships work and how we may earn a commission.
4. Prices, availability and accuracy
Prices, schedules and availability change all the time. For example, a fare we mention in GBP or EUR can rise or sell out within hours, and an airline can drop a route for the winter. Therefore, any price or schedule on IsleFare is a guide only. The booking site shows the final price, currency and conditions, so always check them before you pay.
We work hard to keep our guides accurate and up to date, and we explain how in our editorial policy. Even so, mistakes can happen, and rules can change after we publish. Our disclaimer covers this in more detail, including entry rules and travel safety.
5. How you may use our content under these terms of use
Unless we say otherwise, we own or license the text, design and logo on IsleFare. Many photos come from Wikimedia Commons under open licenses, and their own license terms apply; we credit each one in its caption. You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. On the other hand, you may not copy whole guides, republish our content on another website, or use it to train or feed automated tools, without our written permission.
Please also don’t misuse the site. In particular, don’t try to break into it, overload it, scrape it on a large scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Our liability under these terms of use
We offer IsleFare free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that results from relying on information on the site, from a booking you make with a third party, or from the site being unavailable for a while. Also, we aren’t liable for losses we could not reasonably foresee.
Nothing in these terms of use limits or excludes liability that can’t be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Likewise, nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms of use from time to time, for example when we add new features or partners. The date at the top shows when we last changed them, and the version on this page always applies.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the publisher of IsleFare. However, if you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you still keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts where the law allows it.
Finally, if you have a question about these terms, please contact us or email hello@islefare.com.
